Being a new Mom I was looking for a car that is safe, practical, spacious and economical. The Merc A-Class 170 classic met all these criteria. The driver is positioned at a good height and together with the short bonnet to the car allows good sight of the road. This model provides good value for money as the feel and drivability has a distinct Mercedes influence. The vehicle is achieving a 7 litre per 100 km fuel efficiency, which is good for a 1700cc engine. The performance of the vehicle specifically the acceleration, is strong for a 1700cc motor and is sufficient for the day to day city traffic. The styling of the car can do with a bit of work.
